How to use

Unwrap the pad and peel away the adhesive backing. Position it inside your bra with the soft, absorbent side against your nipple and the adhesive side attached to your bra. Change pads regularly to keep nipples dry, and dispose of used pads with normal household waste. Do not flush.

• We aim to process orders within 3 working days, although we often get them out much sooner.
• You will get an email notification when your order is placed and another when the item has been processed. 
• We use An Post to deliver our orders and, once dispatched, delivery generally takes 1 working day within the Republic of Ireland and 2 working days to Northern Ireland.
• Delivery is €3.50 for flat items such as greeting cards (untracked) and €5.95 for all other orders (tracked). Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery.
