We deliver across all 32 counties of Ireland. We don't currently ship to mainland UK. For other destinations, email hello@ulluv.com.

We ship with An Post. Once your order is processed, delivery times are:
· Tracked orders: 1 working day (ROI), 2 working days (NI)
· Untracked orders (flat items): 1 working day (ROI), 2 working days (NI)
· €3.50 – Flat items (untracked)
· €5.95 – All other orders (Tracked)
· Free on all orders over €100
Yes. All orders are tracked except €3.50 flat-item deliveries, which are sent by An Post standard post (stamped).

Returns

Unwanted items
· Return within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
· After 14 days: Exchange or credit note (if eligible).
· Return postage is your responsibility.
· €5.95 is deducted from refunds to cover postage of original order.
Faulty items
All products include a 1-year warranty. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll repair, replace or refund your item, including return postage.

Yes. Email hello@ulluv.com with your order number. Return the item in its original packaging, mark the parcel EXCHANGE, and include the replacement details. Return postage is your responsibility, and a shipping fee applies for the replacement.

Absolutely. You can send any Ulluv gift directly to the recipient, and we never include invoices, prices or payment details with orders.
Every order is beautifully wrapped as standard and you can add a personal touch with:
- A handwritten gift note – add your message in the Notes section at checkout.
- An Ulluv greeting card – choose a card and we'll handwrite your message inside.
We don't offer separate gift wrapping, as orders are already beautifully presented and ready to gift.
We offer two types:
- eGift Voucher – delivered by email with a unique code, making it ideal for last-minute gifts.
- Physical Gift Voucher – a beautifully presented voucher that can be posted to you or the recipient.
Both can be redeemed online at ulluv.com, and any remaining balance can be used on future purchases
No. Ulluv gift vouchers don't expire, so the recipient can take their time choosing what they need.
Yes. Gift vouchers can be used across our entire website, including hospital bags, maternity essentials, First Period Boxes, Chemo Comfort Bags, travel products and accessories.
If the purchase costs more than the voucher value, the recipient can simply pay the remaining balance at checkout.

NestPods are Ulluv's world-first Hospital Bag Packing Pods, designed to keep your hospital bag organised and easy to find what you want quickly.
Each set includes 11 pods for Mum's essentials, Baby's essentials, maternity pads, breast pads, miscellaneous items and 6 Baby Changing Pods, each packed for one complete nappy change.
NestPods group your hospital essentials by category, so there's no rummaging through your bag.
With 11 dedicated pods, including 6 Baby Changing Pods, everything has its place, making it easier for both you and your birth partner to find what you need.
Both include the same 11-pod system. The difference is in the finish.
- Classic: Dark grey and dusky pink in a lightweight, practical material.
- Premium: Cream and grey in a premium material with 4 compression pods for extra space.
For most hospital stays, one set is enough.

We offer three levels of hospital bag contents, each building on the one before:
- Essential Pack – 22 essentials for Mum and Baby, including maternity pads, breast pads, toiletries, nappies and wipes.
- Elevate Pack – 34 items, adding comfort and organisation extras such as dry shampoo, flip flops, nipple cream, a laundry bag and Baby’s First Outfit Pouch.
- Complete Care Pack – 40 items, adding further baby and comfort essentials including muslin cloths, a hooded towel, baby blanket, Going Home Outfit Pouch and Mini Touch Light.

The box is designed for girls approaching their first period or who have recently started, generally around ages 9–14.
Every girl is different, so there’s no set age to start preparing. It can be given before her first period or once she has started and is learning to manage it.
Absolutely. It makes a thoughtful gift for a daughter, granddaughter, niece, goddaughter or family friend approaching or recently starting her period.

Yes. It is specifically designed for girls who are approaching their first period or have recently started.
It isn't intended to provide a full supply of period products. Instead, it includes a selection of products to help her understand the options and discover what she prefers.
The box includes a small selection of tampons for information and familiarisation, not as a recommendation that she use them.
Pads and other products are also included, so she can learn about the different options available. If you don't want her to use tampons, simply set them aside.
No. Period pants aren't currently included because fit, size and style are particularly important for comfort and effectiveness, making them difficult to include as a standard product.
We recommend choosing period underwear separately from a specialist brand such as Nickeze, an Irish period underwear brand with a range of styles and sizes.
Chemo Comfort Box

The Chemo Comfort Bag combines practical and comforting essentials to support someone during chemotherapy and hospital visits.
It includes:
