Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to the island of Ireland (all 32 counties). We are happy to deliver beyond this but please contact us for any destination request and we will be happy to advise if it possible for us to deliver there and provide you with a quote. Unfortunately due to the complications of Brexit in terms of customs etc we do not currently deliver to the UK (apart from Northern Ireland).

We are delighted to advise that we use An Post for all of our deliveries in Ireland. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been processed and handed over to An Post.  

Please note that some smaller flat items for delivery in Ireland may be sent by envelope (also via An Post) and will incur a smaller postage charge of €3.50. There is no tracking on these items unfortunately as they are simply sent via the post with a stamp.

For orders to the island of Ireland, once the item is dispatched, 95% of orders are delivered within 2 working days but occasionally it can take longer, depending on the busyness of your local An Post depot.  

For all other countries, please send us a message and we can find out delivery timeframe for you. 

C H A R G E S

Island of Ireland - Deliveries to Ireland are free for all orders of €100 and over. Orders under €100 incur a delivery charge of €5.95 (Rep of Ireland plus Northern Ireland).

Other countries - Delivery charges beyond Ireland vary from country to country and we can provide this information on request. 

C O R R E C T   E I R C O D E

Please note that An Post uses the eircode system for deliveries. If you accidentally enter an incorrect eircode and your order is delivered to the address of the incorrect eircode, a charge of €15 will be applied to have the package retrieved and delivered to the correct address. Therefore it is crucial that you enter the correct eircode at the time of ordering! Thank you for your understanding :-)
