Chemo Comfort Bag
With the sole purpose of enhancing the care and comfort of cancer patients, we proudly designed and launched our Chemo Comfort Bag. Following our founder, Siobhán’s, own cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment in 2019, she really understood the challenges faced by chemotherapy patients and wanted to offer a product to provide both physical and emotional comfort during treatment sessions.
Features
Designed with the needs of chemotherapy patients in mind, this thoughtfully curated and stunningly presented pack includes a gorgeous, quilted Ulluv tote and some other essentials to bring to each chemotherapy session. The pack aims to:
- Provide much-needed comfort, convenience, and emotional support during a loved one’s cancer treatment by including items that will make their treatment sessions more comfortable
- Include products that can be used for a variety of purposes both during and after treatment is finished, ensuring longevity as well as multi-functionality
- Offer friends and family members an alternative, practical gift option to flowers, chocolates etc at a time when it is difficult to know what to gift, or how to help.
There are a 4 bag colours to choose from and all of our Chemo Comfort Bag prices are inclusive of Ulluv’s beautiful gift box and a personalised gift card, if required (if availing of this option, please put your message of choice in the notes section of the shopping cart).
CHEMO COMFORT BAG
Included:
- Ulluv Signature tote bag in choice of colours (perfect for fitting the necessary items for each chemo session)
- Ulluv double walled stainless steel 500ml bottle in silver, which keeps drinks hot for 12 hours or cold for 24 hours (perfect for bringing hot tea or coffee, as per the patient's preference, to each session)
- Co-ordinating soft fleece blanket (patients can get cold during chemotherapy and the hospital blankets tend to be a harder type of material)
- Ulluv A4 folder for the patient to keep all their hospital documentation (e.g. discharge papers, prescriptions, appointment letters, health insurance/HSE correspondence etc) - please note that our current version of this folder is in grey and pink (not gold as shown in some of the photos).
- Ulluv's positive affirmation "Messages of Hope" cards (set of 10).
- Hand sanitiser
We know that life would be a lot simpler if none of us was faced with a cancer diagnosis of someone we love, however unfortunately it is a reality for many. Our Chemo Comfort Bags are intended to make chemo that little bit more bearable for yourself or someone you love.
Delivery & Returns
- We aim to process orders within 3 working days, although we often get them out much sooner.
- You will get an email notification when your order is placed and another when the item has been processed.
- We use An Post to deliver our orders and, once dispatched, delivery generally takes 1 working day within the Republic of Ireland and 2 working days to Northern Ireland.
- Delivery is €3.50 for flat items such as greeting cards (untracked) and €5.95 for all other orders (tracked). Orders of €100 or more qualify for free delivery.
