Meet Siobhán
Hi, I’m Siobhán, founder of Ulluv,
I’m so happy to have the opportunity to share the story of how Ulluv began with you
It was lunchtime one hot Wednesday in July, and I was walking back to work from our local chemist, laden down with two heavy bags of hospital bag essentials. Seven months pregnant, with a toddler at home and life already feeling very busy, I remember struggling under the weight of the bags and the heat of the day thinking, there must be an easier way to do this.
In that exact moment Ulluv was born.
We named the business after the Irish word ullamh, which means ready, and that is still at the heart of everything we do today, which is helping women feel calmer, more organised and more looked after during some of life’s important moments.
What began at my kitchen table as pre-packed, beautifully curated maternity bags has grown into so much more. We’re here to support you through all of life’s major moments, whether you’re a new mum getting out and about with her baby, a young girl opening her first period kit, or a friend showing up for someone facing serious illness.
We are still a small Kerry-based team, packing every single order by hand. We choose every product with the same promise in mind: practical, beautiful and genuinely helpful.
