One of my aspirations when setting up my business was to make a donation from each sale to a relevant charity, with the nominated charity being rotated after a defined period.
As I'm sure you are well aware, there are some pretty amazing charities and organisations working tirelessly to make life better for our children and, where things don't work out as we hope, to make life better for us and our families. Some of you may have had direct dealings with these organisations, and therefore truly understand their immeasurable worth, others may know someone who has availed of their services.
To play my part in supporting these fantastic organisations, a contribution from each purchase from Ulluv will go to a nominated charity, in the hope of helping them in some small part to continue doing the great work that they do.
The chosen charity from May 2017 to May 2018 was Touching Hearts in Waterford, as voted for by my Facebook followers. The chosen charity for the current year, May 2018 to May 2019, is Feileacáin, a not-for-profit organisation that provides support to anyone affected by the death of a baby during or after pregnancy.
