Our pre-packed maternity packages consist of a set of matching bags PLUS a set of hospital bag contents, leaving you with only your and baby's clothing items to pack!
So, how does it work? You simply choose your preferred bag set and then your preferred hospital contents package. We have 4 to choose from as part of the pre-packed bags and they have a little discount built in when purchasing with bags.
1) CHOOSING YOUR BAGS
Firstly, you choose whichever bag set meets your needs best. I always advise customers to also consider what they would use their bags for after baby arrives when making this decision. They come in sets of 3 or 4 as follows:
Below is the intended use for each bag when using them as your hospital bags:
The SIGNATURE WHEELIE CASE can be used as your main hospital bag for both you and baby's items. Lots of customers had been asking us for a wheelie case so we eventually introduced it into our Signature range at the end of 2022. It has a lid style opening (which can be very hard to get in a wheelie as must of them zip around the middle with contents split either side) but this feature makes it much easier for organising and accessing your items when in hospital.
The LARGE HOLDALL is intended as your main hospital bag. As well as the two short handles, it has a long adjustable strap. This is undoubtedly a bag for life, which will see you through umpteen trips away for many years to come.
(Please note that the Multicoloured Dots and Silver Weave designs in the Classic range offer a wheeled version of this holdall, which is super handy).
The MEDIUM HOLDALL was introduced due to customer demand, and offers additional capacity, or an option to split your hospital bag contents between two bags with many customers packing their own items in the LARGE HOLDALL and baby's in the MEDIUM (or vice versa). Exactly the same style as the LARGE HOLDALL, just slightly smaller, many customers use this bag afterwards as a baby changing bag (where they have twins or another very young child), a bag for bringing to the childminder, a gym bag or overnight bag.
The TOTE bag - is the perfect shape and size for your labour bag, as you do not want to be bringing too much into the labour ward/delivery room with you. It is big enough to hold more than what you require for labour but neat enough to carry yourself and not get in the way of anyone during labour. Many customers end up using the TOTE afterwards as a changing bag/ general "mom" bag/ work bag!
The COSMETIC bag is fairly self explanatory and is spaciously neat.
