Why We Created the "My First Period" Booklet

When we designed our My First Period Box, we knew we wanted it to be about more than just pads and products. We wanted to offer comfort, understanding, and kindness to young girls taking this first step into womanhood.

That’s why we created our "My First Period" booklet — a warm, friendly guide written especially for tweens and teens.

Here’s why it matters:

1. It speaks their language
Periods can feel confusing or scary — especially when everything online feels too grown-up or clinical. Our booklet is written simply and gently, designed to reassure and empower, without overwhelm.

2. It helps answer “what’s normal?”
So many girls worry: Is this normal? Am I okay?
Our booklet helps take the mystery out of things — covering what to expect, common questions, and gentle advice about self-care.
