Ulluv's packaging

This is not one word of a lie, there is nothing that makes me happier than wrapping up the Ulluv orders. The tissue paper, the stickers, the chocolate gift, the ribbon...the whole shooting gallery. I absolutely love it and I love the reaction from customers. Making customers smile before they've even unwrapped their order is my aim and hopefully that is achieved!

I'm not sure I'll ever get to a stage where I'm 100% happy with the packaging as I am constantly trying to improve and refine and make it even more wow! But, as someone who has done her fair bit of online shopping (!!), I know that Ulluv's standard of wrapping is not the norm and that makes ME happy!!
